This was our second time working with Zach over the past few years and he did not disappoint. He helped guide us through the process to purchase our new home at the price we wanted, but also helped us to sell our old home as well. Zach went as far as to trim trees for us while we were at work to make sure our home was in top shape for listing photos and showings. It paid off because we had an offer within three days of listing it on the market. He was extremely helpful and hands-on with us which we were very appreciate of.
We are incredibly thankful for all of the work Zach did for us and would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Jill is an amazing Realtor and is wonderful to work with! When we moved out of state in 2020, during the derecho, Jill was the calm during the storm and we were able to close without any major issues, so when we found out we were moving back to Iowa we knew without a doubt that she was the Realtor we wanted to work with! She showed us several houses during one weekend and we found the home that checked all the boxes! From writing the offer, to the home inspection, then closing, she kept us informed and helped keep everything moving smoothly! She truly loves what she does and it shows!

Our experience with Jeannie Rice was outstanding. She made sure we were comfortable with our buying experience and explaining everything along the way, as it was our first time buying a house. This is the second time we had worked with Jennifer. The first time she helped us purchase our new home and this time she helped us sell that same home as we prepared to move to another town and new home. I shared with her the other day that we don't have plans to buy/sell anytime in the near future, but we will continue to sing her praises and recommend her to everyone. She is fantastic to work with and always super responsive. Honestly, it's always felt more like we were working with one of our friends then someone we had employed to help us. At by the end of this second time, I would say we are friends. That just speaks to who Jennifer is! Thanks to her for everything and it was a pleasure again to have her on our team!

Jon was fantastic. He has a great eye for matching colors when selecting paint/carpet/flooring/cabinets and noted every detail in the process. He made time when I wanted and took care of some items when I could not. THANK YOU JON! I highly recommend him to everyone!
