I could not have asked for a more professional or knowledgeable realtor than Bev. She asked us all the right questions about what we wanted in our home, and Bev found us the perfect one. Due to the distance of our relocation and my work schedule, we were not always able to give Bev much notice as to when we would be available for looking at homes. Bev always found the time for us based on our schedule. We took up several Friday's and Saturdays of her time, and we never felt like we were putting her out. We also had many questions for her in regard to professional services in Cedar Rapids. She was able to give us several recommendations for these services, and we have been pleased with all that we have used. I am happy to say that Bev Green is not only an exceptional realtor, but she has become a wonderful friend. I would not hesitate to recommend Bev anyone looking for a new home in the Cedar Rapids area. She will come through for you--and then some.

Bev was attentive to my listing and also helped us get quick access to a home we were interested in. She had contacts to help with home inspection and was experienced in navigating the paperwork details.

Considering other homes in my area for sale while mine was on the market also. She promoted my home consistantly. She held an open house constantly until my home was sold. Communication with her through out the sale of my home was amazing. I would Highly recommend her to sell your home for you! You won't regret your decision to have her as your realtor!

I do not know of any way in which Bev Green could have improved upon the service she offered us. She was responsive to what we were looking for in a house and willing to work around our late schedules. She never pushed us into anything we didn't want and expertly and quickly stepped us through the purchasing process once we'd made a decision and handled all of the details of selling our previous home.
