What it really boils down to is who is going to sell your home for what you want, when you want and how you want. Jeannie went above and beyond for me during a last minute relocation when I was not prepared for my move. She did what it took to get the house ready to list quickly and cost effectively! She did not hesitate when we had those unexpected wrenches thrown at us, to dive in and get things done. I had a week and a half to pack, move out of state and get my home ready to sell. Without her and her contractors saving the day, it never would have happened. She had my house listed in a week and sold in a day for above asking price!!!! Her dedication to me as her client was unmatched! I would recommend her to anyone, anywhere every time! Thank you Jeannie and team for putting your heart into this and making this easier than grocery shopping on a Saturday afternoon.

As a first time home buyer at 19, Jeannie was extremely helpful and supportive every step of the way. Anytime there was a question she had an answer. The process was a bit different for this home but I always knew that Jeannie and I would power through and reach the end.
