Karen Mathison

I like most about Karen is that she is focused on what it takes to sell the property. She doesn’t talk about a bunch of fluff like some realtors I know. And she gets the job done!

It would be helpful if the signage was bigger. It also would be helpful if it was advertised a least a week in advance of open-house. Please make sure whoever is sent in her place knows their stuff, has nice handouts and the container out in front of the property has the correct handouts. On the flipside we appreciate the advertisements that were sent to farmers, how easy she made it to sign paperwork when I was out of state and how she was willing to take a cut when dealing with difficult [...]

When I bought my previous house with a realtor from Skogman, the only time I saw him in person (prior to pandemic) was at the closing with his hand out for his check. Karen was the polar opposite - available at all hours by phone, text and email, always recommending next steps and contractors, showing us comparable houses even AFTER we had toured the house we wanted, and we really felt like she was looking out for our best interests every step of the way.
