Greg was very helpful, he walked through every house we wanted to look at and explained everything very well into detail, from stuff in the house to all the paperwork if we had a question he answered it. I would recommend Greg to anyone looking to buy a house!

Greg was amazing in helping me while I looked for a house for 2+ years. He is very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I am very fortunate to have had such a great realtor by my side.

Greg was quick to get my earnest $ back for me after 2008 Flood & the house I was going to buy was flooded, we hadn't closed on it yet. Then he advised me we should start looking right away due to the 1000 of others that were flooded. We found my house & Greg together with the seller worked to make sure the basement was expertly supported before I moved in. I don't know of another realtor that would have taken that extra step for a client.

Greg showed me several houses, and when I found one I really liked he did an in depth walk through with me. Greg is very easy to work with and is very responsive.

This is the third time we have worked with Greg selling a house (two times buying a house as well). Greg is thorough, knowledgeable and responsive. He went above and beyond helping sell my Dad's house and relieved me of a lot of hassle taking care of arranging and working with a plumber, radon testing and mitigation, among other things. If you're looking for a real estate agent, look no further. Greg Cleveland is a pro. He is worth every penny you pay him because he earns it. He knows the community and knows real estate. He is very responsive and listens to what a homeowner needs. I have dealt with a few real estate agents, and Greg is the top tier, the BEST I have ever worked with. I was just sad I couldn't bring him along to our next state to help us buy a home. If you hire him, you will be glad you did, we sure were.
